Hello Neighbors!

The traffic light at Chesapeake and 6th Street is again not functioning and is in the

blinking mode.

If approaching the yellow light, please proceed cautiously, slowing down and yielding to pedestrians or cross traffic. If approaching the red light, you must stop just like a stop sign and proceed cautiously when the intersection is clear.

Public Works is working to fix the light as soon as possible. If it is not fixed before school on Monday morning, the Annapolis Police Department will ensure a Crossing Guard will be at the intersection for school timeframes.

If more information becomes available, we will pass it on.

All the best, Frank
