Parking Enforcement 

We have worked with the Department of Transportation to increase scheduled parking enforcement in Eastport to address safety concerns and significant inconveniences to our residents and visitors.  Beginning in the new fiscal year (July 1, 2026), contracted to do parking enforcement in Eastport, Metropolis, will have more presence in Eastport.

Alderman Thorp sent a letter to Mayor of Annapolis, Jared Littmann, on December 2, 2025, requesting improvements to parking enforcement in Eastport. The letter can be found here.  {Item 3}
